This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes your privacy rights regarding the use of any products and/or services provided by Broker Genius (d/b/a Automatiq) as well as any related applications, mobile platforms, services, tools, modules, remote services and/or servers, and any websites or services that link to this privacy policy (collectively the “Broker Genius Services”). By using any BROKER GENIUS Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and consent to the processing of your personal information as described here.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we use the term “Personal Information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used, whether in combination with other information or otherwise, to identify a specific person.

This policy does not apply to information collected by Broker Genius or its affiliates offline or through any other means, including through any other website or software application, whether or not operated by Broker Genius, which does not state that this policy applies to it. In order to provide and enhance the Broker Genius Services and to make them available to you, we may collect the following types of information:

Information you provide

We collect Personal Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions, such as email, online registration forms, credit card numbers, addresses, or other information to support actions or transactions carried out through the Broker Genius Services, such as but not limited to, registration submission, financial account information (such as credit, debit, checking account information), billing login and account information to third party ticket vendor or reseller services or sites, search queries, and user contributions to be published or displayed on any public areas provided in connection with the Broker Genius Services.

Please note: Personal information provided by you can include any information used by you to request access to Broker Genius Services. We may retain such access request information. You may also provide Personal Information to us when you register or access the Broker Genius Services, such as by providing, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, and/or billing information. If you submit information through our referral portal or programs, you represent and warrant that any information provided was obtained lawfully and without violation of any third-party rights in and to the information submitted. Children

The Broker Genius Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under that age may provide any information through the Broker Genius Services. Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not, and will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information through the Broker Genius Services represents that she is 18 years of age or older.

You can choose to stop receiving promotional emails at any time simply by using an email unsubscribe function. You may not opt out of receiving administrative messages or customer service responses.

International Visitors And Customers

The Broker Genius Services are hosted in the United States. If you are using the Broker Genius Services from the European Union or other regions or countries with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from United States law, then please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as other countries, and that by providing your personal data you consent to:

We disclose various types of de-identified information to enable interest-based advertising. Broker Genius may, in its sole discretion, modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, effective immediately when they are posted as modified. Please check this Privacy Policy each time you use the Broker Genius Services, as they are legally binding on you. Your continued use of the Broker Genius Services after the posting of revised Privacy Policy constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you are dissatisfied with any Service, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, then your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Broker Genius Services.
